| Company Description: |
Our company, Deeps Texstyles Private Ltd. specializes in manufacturing premium quality textile products, and we have been in this business for the last 20 years. Our production facility is located in Calcutta, India where we manufacture products ranging from bags (cotton, canvas, organic and non-woven), to t-shirts. We also make aprons (cotton and poly cotton), kitchen towels, sweatshirts and hoodies. Activities such as stitching, printing and embroidery are all done in-house. We use world class equipment for our production purposes to provide the best quality products to our customers. For films, we use OYO film lighteners, SEFAR mesh stretching machine, KIWOMAT coating machine. The Austrian MHM and Turkish LOEGEL printing machines are used for process colour half-tone prints, all-over, seam to seam, maximum print area 65 cm x 90 cm. We also use the Japanese Tajima embroidery machine for products requiring embroidery. All our exports currently go to Germany, France and Denmark. |
