----We are garments manufacturer in CHINA, have about 19 years experience in the production of exported women fashion wear. Our main export market is EUROPE, USA, JAPAN, etc… In order to let you well know our factory, we introduce our factory as follows from 2 parts: one is from production capacity; another is from our communication capacity. (1) PRODUCTION CAPACITY
----Information of our garment factory
--Founded in 1990, we have 19 yrs experience in garment area. Factory is located in beautiful city Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and covers an area of 18,000 sqms, among which 10,000 sqms is for workshops, existing employee 300 with 10% technicians.
----Powerful technical capacity
--We have about 400 sets of professional garment machines, some of them are imported from USA, Japan, Italy, Germany and HongKong, etc. We attached our equipment list in following pages for your reference. (Pls refer Attachment-02: Equipment list)
--Equipment for making garment pattern including:
1) Assyst CAD system from Germany;
2) GRAPHTEC CE5000-120AP from Japan;
3) Alogtex Stream JET 180 from America;
4) Fuyi CAD system…
-With powerful technical force, professional & experienced technicians, we can produce garments with many kinds of fabrics in different styles, such as silk, chemical fiber, linen and cotton, etc...
----Garments products what we produce
--We are specialized in producing women fashion wear, bedgowns, dress, skirts, shirts, tops, blouses, trousers, and jackets, etc…
----Fabric material
--The main fabrics we adopt for the production are: silk, linen, cotton, polyester, wool fabric, etc…
--In order to guarantee the fabric quality, we select the good and qualified fabric manufacturers as our steady fabric suppliers, for exemple we purchase silk fabric in HANGZHOU; linen & cotton fabric in SHAOXIN; polyester fabric in WUJIANG; wool fabric in JIANGSU, etc…
--We can guarantee the fabric purchased from our fabric suppliers meet with the environmental requirement, for exemple when we cooperated with DW-SHOP company, the fabrics adopted such as silk, linen and cotton all passed SGS test and get the related certification.
----Strict quality inspection system
--For each order, we have strict quality inspection system to guarantee the delivered products to be qualified and meet with clients’ quality requirement. We have professional QCs in every process to inspect the product quality as follows:
(1) Fabric and accessories inspection:
*Before the formal production of fabric and accessories in suppliers’ factory, we ask them to supply the samples for our confirmation of quality and color, etc..
*After fabric and accessories arrive our factory, our QCs inspect the fabric and accessories quality carefully to confirm if they meet with our quality requirement; Especially for some fabric, we will use fabric inspection equipment to check the fabric quality meter by meter.
*After the fabric is cut into pcs, we have QCs to check every pc to guarantee only the qualified fabric pcs go into the formal order production.
(2) Semi-products inspection
*In every process of semi-products production, we have Q/C to inspect the quality on the spot, if there is the quality problem, we ask the workers to correct it at once. If there is the severe or representative quality problem, we organize the team meeting to emphasize the problem to all related workers and ask them to avoid the problem in following production.
*The workers in next process need check the quality of semi-products come from the previous process. If there is unqualified semi-product, they need reject it.
(3) Finished-products inspection
*Before packing, we have QCs to inspect the products pc by pc, it means every pc should be carefully inspected by our QCs before delivery.
--We have record list of above mentioned inspection outcome in every process.
--At mean time, we have strict control for broken sewing needles in production, we have record list for every broken needle.
----Brands we serve
--We mainly export to Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, etc... Brands we cooperate are: ZARA, MANGO, EXPRESS, SEARS, CCDK, MARKS & SPENCER, BRADEX, TARA, KESAR, NAFNAF, RIVER, XDYE, MAIS, CHARLIE BROWN, TALKING FRENCH, etc...
--When we work with our clients, we always try our best to satisfy them with our good service, such as solve the problem of urgent order delivery for some clients; produce some difficult and small order quantity for some clients; well coordinate with our clients to develop the new collections, etc…
----Others advantages of our garment factory
(1)Various styles: Adept at fashion garments, in the line of both knitting and woven fabrics;
(2)Quick sample-making: Can finish samples making in collections within ONE WEEK.
(3)Quick production: Can finish normal production within ONE MONTH. Monthly output reaches 45,000 to 50,000 pcs.
(5)Strict quality control system to guarantee the product quality and send daily inspection report to our clients to let them know the production progress.
(6)We have many skillful workers who have worked in our factory over 10 years, some technicians have already worked in our factory for 19 years.
(7)We have administration with human nature in our factory, we supply our workers the entertainment places such as ping-pong room, TV room, Small library, Basket-ball ground, etc…We also have clinic and clinic spots in workshops in case the workers get sick.

(2) Communication capacity
Our marketing team has good communication capacity when we work with our clients, we always want our clients to feel easy & comfortable to work with us in work, we always pursue the better work. Our work way and work principal are as follows for your reference:
(1)Canonical and perfect operation process
The whole operation process for each program was finished by team work. Each department manages its work according to specialized operation process system. Each time when we meet problems or foresee some potential problems, we always analyze the ultimate reasons of these problems, then improve the related operation process system to avoid the recurrence of the same problem and guarantee the success of each work step.
(2)Correct control for clients’ information and timely communication
**When we receive new inquiries from clients, we always roundly propose questions for the inquired products according to our years of experience on product and export so that we can well learn every details of the products that our clients need. After receive our clients’ replies, we will gather all of the details and make a integrated quality requirement (QR) to calculate the accurate prices for the products. At the same time, this QR will also be used as a reference for formal production and quality inspection by our workers and quality controllers.
**During development of some new product which comparatively lasts long and in formal order production, when our clients have some modifications of the product details, we always add these modifications or the latest confirmed information to the QR, at the same time inform our production department and quality control department about the modifications so that information for each department is timely and integrated to guarantee the correctness of the production.
(3) High efficient work principle
**We evaluate staff’s performance on each work every workday. And also hold term trains to improve their speed and accuracy on each work.
**We require our sales staff to try their best to finish the intraday work and reply to our clients on same day, including quotation, reply to samples making questions and products modifications, etc. If we meet some special situation that we are unable to reach clients’ requirements, we will explain to our clients about the reasons why we are unable to, and at the same time tell them the exact date that we can reply or solve the problems.
(4) Forwardly supply other value added service
**Sometimes, clients’ requirements for the product quality are not very high. But we will try our best to improve the requirements for the product details in the situation of not increase the production cost and product price, so that we can improve the product grade and competition, which is good for clients’ sale. For example,
A. Sometimes, when our clients send inquiry information to us, they don’t mention the environmental requirement for the materials. We always consider this aspect and select suitable materials for clients based on different environmental requirement policies in their countries.
B. In order to improve the appearance of the garments, we always ask our workers to eliminate all of the thrum and ensure the flatness of the stitch, even to these garments for low grade market.
**According to our clients markets characteristics, we always forwardly gather related information (Including new type fabric materials, new styles, fashion tendency, marketing information and policy information, etc.) for our clients’ reference in time.
(5) Daily quality inspection report to clients
We have a professional quality control system. Each time of samples making or formal order production, QCs take charge of the quality inspection work. Our QCs send daily inspection report to our clients for them to well learn every process and detail of the production. From the production schedule arrangement, raw material purchase, preproduction sample confirmation to daily production and inspection before the container loading, our QCs inspect every details strictly and solve the problems happened during the production. Until the products are loaded on the container and the container doors are closed do our QCs finish the inspection of one order production. This way guarantees both the quality and the quantity of the delivered products.
(6) Keep the clients’ new collection in secret
We respect our clients and the commercial rules, in order to well protect the interest of our clients and avoid the bad competition in their market, before the new collections products enter into the retail market, we always try our best to keep the new collections of our clients in secret and do not show the new styles to others clients, especially the clients in same market.
